There are following collectibles and side activities to find and complete in The Oarsmen region of Midgard.

You can access The Oarsmen region from the northern part of Lake of Nine. Jump over the log and enter the cave. This area is linked to the Sigrun's Curse favour.

Nornir Chest

1. Reward: Horn of Blood Mead.

There is a single Nornir Chest in The Oarsmen region of Midgard. You can find it in the cave where you begin the Sigrun's Curse favour.

To unlock the chest, you need to ring 3 bells at the same time. Unfortunately, this is not that easy, as some of the bells have only a 2-second ringing window.

Go past the Nornir chest and climb the wall to reach a higher area. Now use the chain to climb even higher.

Jump down and move the chain to reveal an underground chamber. Go down the stairs and remove the blockade on the bell with a sonic arrow. Pick up the key lying in front of the statue, as if you don't, Freya will stand here, blocking the way to the bell. Lift the grate and proceed to the room with the chest.

The bell near the Mystic Gateway will ring the longest. Place yourself as close as possible to the other bells and hurl your Axe at the bell next to the gate. Quickly run up to the chest standing between the 2 other bells, summon the Axe, and hit the bell next to the statue. Finally, turn around and hit the final bell.

Legendary chest - Jewel of Yggdrasil

The Legendary Chest found in The Oarsmen region of Midgard is stored in a secret room.

Enter the cave and climb the wall next to Nornir Chest. Once you're up, use the chain to climb even higher. Move the chain and enter the secret chamber. You'll find the chest on the left.

Artifact #1 - Ankh

1. Collection: Stolen Treasures

Artifact #1 in The Oarsmen region of Midgard is in a secret chamber.

When you move the chain, you'll reveal a staircase leading to a hidden room. Go through an opening behind the stairs and pick up the item, which is lying next to a corpse.

Artifact #2 - The Dead Do Not Ride

1. Collection: Kvasir's Poems

Artifact #2 from The Oarsmen region of Midgard is in a secret room on the second floor of the cave.

This room becomes accessible only after beginning the Sigrun's Curse favour.

Climb the wall up, then use the chain to climb even higher. Jump down - there is a huge chain lying on the ground. When you interact with it, the chamber on the 2nd floor of the cave will move.

Break down the wooden door and return from the direction of the cave. The new room will be revealed as you follow the wall to the top.

Lore - An Accursed Name

1. Collection: Lore Markers

There is a single Lore item in The Oarsmen region of Midgard. You'll need to access a secret room to get it.

When you move a huge chain lying in the snow, you will discover a staircase leading to a secret room. Descend using them to encounter the runes, which will be opposite the stairs.

Odin's Ravens

There is a single Odin's Raven in The Oarsmen region of Midgard. The bird is perched near a huge statue.

Enter the cave and climb the wall next to the Nornir Chest. When you resurface, use the chain to climb higher. Look up - you should see the raven on a shelf next to the statue.
