Legendary Chest
- Reward: Lion's Roar Sauroter - spear attachment
There is a single legendary chest to find in Lake of Nine region of Midgard - on the west side of the lake. To be able to pick up this collectible, you need to have the spear in your inventory.
The chest is hidden behind an ice block lit in yellow. Stick the spear into the block and detonate it.
Once the ice block is crushed, a Frost Phantom will attack you. Its weak point is its rune - you'll deal the most damage by attacking it when it glows. You need to destroy all 4 poles when the Phantom's health bar is orange. Once the opponent is dead, you are free to open the chest.
Tyr's Left Bracer - Guiding Light
- Lore: Rune Reads
The first Lore item from Lake of Nine region of Midgard is also counted towards Guiding Light favour from this region. The collectible is in the north-western area of the lake.
Next to the Rune Reads, you'll find a buried wrist armor - Gauntlets of Guiding Light.
The runes are on the remains of a huge armor. Read the inscription and pick up the buried object.
Tyr's Helmet - Guiding Light
- Lore: Rune Reads
The second Lore item in Lake of Nine region of Midgard is also counted towards the Guiding Light favor. You need to travel to the northern part of the region.
Underneath the helmet, there is a buried chest armour - Breastplate of Guiding Light.
The large helmet can be easily located thanks to smoke coming out of it. Read the blue writing and dig out the glowing object.
Tyr's Spear - Guiding Light
- Lore: Rune Reads
The third Lore item from the Lake of Nine area of Midgard also counts towards the Guiding Light favor. This one is found in the eastern part of the region.
Approach the large spear to find a buried amulet enchantment - Jotunheim's Essence.
The spear in question is not far from the bridge. Read the blue writing and pick up the glowing object.
Lore - Receipt of Purchase
- Collection: Lore Scrolls
The fourth Lore item from Lake of Nine region of Midgard is located in the southwestern part of the region.
Stick the spear into ice lit in yellow and detonate it. Approach the dwarf's body to find the scroll.
Artifact #1 - Janbiya
- Collection: Stolen Treasures
The first artifact in Lake of Nine region of Midgard is found next to Tyr's Temple.
The scroll lies in a small room near Tyr's helmet. Approach the entrance and destroy the icicles using any weapon.
Artifact #2 - Kila
- Collection: Stolen Treasures
The second artifact from Lake of Nine region of Midgard is in the southwestern part of the region.
Climb the snowy stairs to the very top. The object will be found next to the frozen corpse.
Artifact #3 - Maya

The third artifact from Lake of Nine region of Midgard is in the eastern part of the region.
You can find it near a corpse found underneath the bridge leading to Tyr's Temple.
Odin's Ravens #1
The first Odin's Raven in the Lake of Nine region of Midgard is in the southeastern part of the region.
The bird is on a wall next to a large gate. Either throw a spear or get closer and hurl the axe at the raven.
Odin's Raven #2
The second Odin's Raven found in Lake of Nine region of Midgard is in the northern part of the region, in the vicinity of Tyr's Temple.
You can find him in a small icy cave.
Yggdrasil Rift
There is a single Yggdrasil Rift found in the Lake of Nine region of Midgard, in the southeastern part of the region to be exact.
The collectible is found in a place where you've fought Thor. Simply interact with the rift to receive hacksilver and crafting ingredients.
There is a crane under the bridge that will take you up. Turn right and cross the bridge. Descend using the stairs on the left and follow the path until you reach your destination.
Draugr Hole
The Draugr Hole in Lake of Nine area of Midgard is found next to a ravine leading to King's Grave. This activity is involved in Born From Fire favour.
Along the path to the hole, you'll be attacked by The Hateful. This time the boss doesn't bring helpers but will have several new attacks at his sleeve. Watch out for fiery projectiles and attacks that you can't block with a shield.
If the opponent is on fire, don't attack him with melee attacks, as you'll cause an explosion that will knock you down for a while. Instead, hurl the axe at him to douse the flames.
Buried Treasure #1 - Viking's Gift
The first Buried Treasure in the Lake of Nine region is in its eastern part, near the entrance to Raider Hideout.
To be able to retrieve the treasure, you need Viking's Gift map, which can be found in Raider Hideout in Midgard.
Buried Treasure #2 - Demise of Dagestr
The second Buried Treasure in the Lake of Nine region is near the Mystic Gateway.
Destroy the weak point on the yellow rock and continue to the end of the path. The treasure can be collected after obtaining the map which is found inThe Applecore region of Svartalfheim.
Berserker Gravestone
- Berserk name: Freakni the Zealous
There is a single Berserker Gravestone in the Lake of Nine region, and it is not far from the Mystic Gateway and the store.
This collectible is connected to Fit for a King Favour. Interacting with the gravestones summon berserker souls which are difficult boss encounters - more about this one on the Fraekni the Zealous page of our guide.
Remnants of Asgard
There is a single Remnant of Asgard in the Lake of Nine region. You can find it on the bridge leading to Tyr's Temple.
This collectible is only active after completing the main story and unlocking the Last Remnants of Asgard Favour. Defeat all nearby opponents to be able to pick up the find in peace.
