Went in for a complimentary session for my underarm and I absolutely loved the experience. Cleanliness, presentation and professionalism were amazing. Everything was thoroughly explained before getting started. I was given information about packages for each kind of service. I felt very comfortable and at ease, and even more so because I was given time to ask questions before starting. I can’t wait to come back for my next sessions and stick to treatments until I get the results I’m looking for. 10/10 recommend!

Great atmosphere, clean and very informative. I’ve went to another popular place for laser hair removal but I’ll definitely be staying with Miss Laser from now on. Karen is amazing she answered any hesitation questions I had, process was easy and not painful. At other places I’ve encountered pain or bumps after treatment but not here. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The staff is very friendly, everything is immaculate and everyone from start to finish makes you feel comfortable. I only went for initial consultation to evaluate my chin. But the service I received was excellent. The esthetician was knowledgeable and pleasant. Due to topical medication that I currently use she advised me of the steps I needed before starting my service. I will be calling back to make my appointment once I apply the advice given to me.
