고령화 사회의 노인문제에 대한 세대간 해결방안 (2024)

급격한 산업화로 인한 핵가족화와 계속적으로 증가하는 노인인구의 수는 사회변동과 가치관의 변화를 가져왔다. 특히 고령화 사회로 변해감에 따라 생애 있어서 노년기의 삶이 차지하는 비중이 높아지면서 노인문제와 노인문화에 대한 관심이 점점 증가되고 있다.그럼에도 불구하고 노인문제를 해결할만한 노인복지정책 및 사회복지제도가 잘 정비되어 있지 못한 상태이며, 노인의 의식과 행동에 다른 적절한 노인문화도 형성되지 못하고 있다.본 연구는 급증하는 노인의 역할 상실과 여가문제, 경제적 빈곤문제, 질병과 건강보호 문제, 고독과 소외문제 등 노인문제와 노인문화가 형성되지 못하고 있는 실정에서 노인들의 의식과 행동에 적절한 노인문화 형성을 위해 세대간(손자- 손녀, 자녀, 노인세대)으로 나누어 인터뷰를 실시하여 조사해 보고, 고령화 사회의 노인문제와 노인문화 형성에 따른 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.따라서 노인문제를 해결하기 위해서는 복지서비스의 개선과 더불어 고령자의 생활을 중심으로 활동적인 노인문화를 사회정책적인 시각에서 분석함으로써 사회문제를 노인의 생활문화로 구축해야 한다. 특히 인구의 고령화가 진전되면 노인문화가 앞으로 경제사회의 변화를 초래하는 동시에 기존의 우리나라 문화환경에도 상당한 영향을 미칠 것이다.일반적으로 고령층의 위협요인은 빈곤, 질병, 고독으로 이러한 노인문제를 건강, 경제력, 가족관계, 인간관계, 사회참여에 관한 생활정책의 지원체계를 시스템으로 구축하여 체계적으로 해결해 나간다면 일상생활 속에서 고령자를 중심으로 한 공통 행동양식이 노인문화로써 새롭게 형성될 수 있을 것이다.

The nuclearization of the family caused by rapid industrialization, and the continually increasing number of the elderly have brought change to people's values and a transformation of society. With the increase in life expectancy, the proportion of time spent in the later years of life has similarly increased. Likewise interest in the elderly's problems and their way of life has increased. Nevertheless, the welfare and social security systems that are used to resolve the elderly's problems are not well established.The purpose of this research is to interview several generations (i.e: the elderly, children , and grandchildren) about the elderly's cultural problems such as loss of role in society, management of free time, poverty, illness, health security and general neglect (loneliness). Secondly to develop a solution to help resolve these problems.In order to develop a solution, we need to evaluate the elderly's way of life and improve welfare service policy from a social perspective. With the increase in life expectancy, the elderly's way of life leads to changing social and economical change. At the same time it will have a considerable influence on our existing cultural environment. Generally the threatening factors to the older generations include poverty, illness and solitude. If we work to solve this problem economically by building support systems to overcome the problems of health, economic stability, family relations and social integration, we can newly form a common pattern of behavior centered on the daily life of the elderly.
